TDLR Adopts Amendment to Electrician Rules

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation adopts an amendment to 16
Texas Administrative Code ("TAC), §73.26 concerning documentation of
acceptable on-the-job training for applicants for electrician and sign
electrician licensure as it relates to the electricians program.

The adoption was filed with the Texas Register on November 10, 2004, and
published in the November 26, 2004, issue of the Texas Register.

The rules are effective December 1, 2004, and may be viewed (
