TDLR Proposes a New Electrician Program Administrative Rule

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation proposes a new rule at 16 Texas Administrative Code, ("TAC), §73.26 concerning documentation of required on-the-job-training as it relates to the electricians program.

The proposal was filed with the Texas Register on September 20, 2004 and published in the October 1, 2004, issue of the Texas Register (29 TexReg 9322). The deadline for comment is November 1, 2004.
