TDLR Adopts Emergency Rule Amendment

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation adopts, on an emergency basis, an amendment to an existing rule at 16 Texas Administrative Code ("TAC), §75.10 concerning work involved in the manufacture of electrical equipment as it relates to the electricians program. The emergency adoption is effective August 25, 2004.

The emergency adoption was filed with the Texas Register on August 25, 2004 and will be published in the September 10, 2004, issue of the Texas Register.
