Subject: TDLR adopts amendments to CE administrative rules

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation adopts amendments to an
existing rule at Texas Administrative Code, ("TAC), §59.3 regarding
continuing education requirements.

The adoption was filed with the Texas Register on November 18, 2005, and
published in the December 2, 2005, issue of the Texas Register. The new
rules are adopted effective December 8, 2005.
