TDLR Adopts Amended Electrician Administrative Rules

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation adopts new rules at 16
Texas Administrative Code ("TAC), Chapter 73, Electricians, §73.10 (19)
concerning work involved in the manufacture of electrical equipment as it
relates to the electricians program

The adoption was filed with the Texas Register on December 2, 2004, and
published in the December 17, 2004, issue of the Texas Register (29 TexReg
11589).

The rules are effective December 22, 2004, and may be viewed
