TDLR Adopts Amendments to Existing Rules

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation ("Department") adopts amendments to existing rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code,§73.10 and new rules §§73.51, 73.52, and 73.53 of the electricians program. The adoption was published in the July 9, 2004 issue of the Texas Register (29 TexReg 6637).

The amendments clarify the nature of work individual licensees perform, define the nature of supervision required, and clarify responsibilities of licensees. The adopted rules are effective July 13, 2004 and may be viewed ( http://www.license.state.tx.us/electricians/elecrules.htm ) by
